- 5.Illegal content, especially CSAM, results in immediate ban and law enforcement reporting
1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Zangmang ("we," "us," "our"), a communication platform. By accessing or using zangmang.com and any related services, applications, or websites (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, form a legally binding agreement between you and Zangmang. Please read all documents carefully.
2. Our Privacy Commitment
We do not sell your data.
Zangmang is built on the principle that your privacy matters. We will never sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or any other commercial purposes. Your data belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
3. Eligibility
Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Service. If you are under 13, you are strictly prohibited from using the Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Geographic Restrictions
Service Availability Notice
Until further notice, Zangmang is not available in the following countries. Access from these locations is blocked at the network level.
Restricted Countries:
This list may be updated at any time without prior notice. If you are located in a restricted country and attempt to access the Service through VPN or other means, your account may be terminated without refund.
5. Your Account
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep your account information updated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your account.
6. Service Description
Zangmang provides a communication platform that allows users to connect through text, voice, and video in servers (community spaces) and direct messages. The Service is provided "as is" and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create and share on Zangmang ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to share your content, and that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any User Content at any time, for any reason, without notice. We may also report illegal content to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
THIS SECTION IS CRITICAL. VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION AND REPORTING TO LAW ENFORCEMENT.
You agree NOT to post, upload, share, transmit, or distribute any content that:
Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors (anyone under 18). This includes real images, AI-generated images, drawings, animations, written content, or any other depiction. THIS IS A CRIME. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy and will immediately report all instances to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement. Your IP address, account information, and all related data will be preserved and provided to authorities.
10. Monitoring and Enforcement
Content Scanning: We use automated systems and hash-matching technology to detect known illegal content, including CSAM. By using the Service, you consent to this scanning.
Reporting: You can report violations to [email protected] or through in-app reporting features. We take all reports seriously.
Enforcement Actions: Violations may result in: content removal, warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, reporting to law enforcement, and/or legal action. If your account is terminated, you forfeit any remaining paid subscription time with no refund.
Cooperation with Law Enforcement: We will fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations and comply with valid legal requests for user information. We are required by law to report CSAM to NCMEC.
11. Copyright and DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please send a DMCA notice to [email protected] containing: (1) your signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the infringing material; (4) your contact information; (5) a good faith statement; and (6) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.
12. Termination
By You: You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Deleting your account does not entitle you to any refund of paid subscriptions.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or if we discontinue the Service. Terminated accounts forfeit any remaining subscription time with no refund.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT ENDORSE OR GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ANY USER CONTENT. PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC UPTIME OR SERVICE LEVELS.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZANGMANG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES RELATED TO CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: PAYMENTS SENT TO WRONG ADDRESSES, CRYPTOCURRENCY PRICE FLUCTUATIONS, WALLET ISSUES, BLOCKCHAIN DELAYS, OR TRANSACTION FEES.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zangmang and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your cryptocurrency transactions.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
Informal Resolution: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by applicable international laws and the laws of your jurisdiction where required by consumer protection regulations.
European Union Users: If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain all mandatory consumer rights under your local law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Changes to pricing or subscription terms will not affect currently active subscriptions but will apply to renewals.
